Most Disliked
Some patrons note that the busiest times can lead to longer wait times, particularly on Saturday mornings. While the atmosphere is generally calm and cozy, the peak hours might make it a bit packed for those wanting a peaceful meal. A handful of guests have mentioned that the seating can be a little tight during peak hours, particularly if dining with a larger group. Also, a few customers have expressed desires for more variety in the kids' menu. However, overall, feedback tends to focus on the quality of the food and the friendly service, mitigating most concerns.

Great breakfast spot! I had the gyro omelet and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter ordered the biscuits and gravy along with a fruit waffle, and both were perfect. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Definitely a great place to come for breakfast!

Was in town for the weekend and stopped at Tops the first day for breakfast. I usually like to try different places, but it was so good I returned for breakfast again the next day. The Belgian waffle with banana, strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream was out of this world. Served with butter and warm maple syrup, which made it extra special. Enjoyed a bacon, spinach, mushroom and cheese baked omelette with hash browns the second day, was delicious. Huge portions, both meals I could only eat 1/2 and took the rest to go. Prices very reasonable. Staff very friendly and personable. Will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Found my omelette place! If fluffy, oven baked omelettes are your thing, look no further than Tops American Grill and Cafe Family owned restaurant nestled in New Port Richey. The desserts looked scrumptious and we can’t wait to go back for their all-you-can eat fish fry Friday with homemade New England clam chowder 🤤

The food was great. I had the eggs, bacon, French toast with a side of hash browns. The bacon was good quality and the syrup was very good. This is where I usually see breakfast joints skimp out. Tops is now one of our go to breakfast joints.
